I have lived and worked in Paleros since 2016, giving me extensive local knowledge of the area.
With more than 12 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations and holiday resort management, I have developed a practical, hands-on approach to delivering excellent service. My background includes large team leadership, guest support, customer care, activity coordination and resolving day to day operational issues quickly and professionally.
